Occupation:
Online Personal Training: Also being the best father possible..
Until the age of 21 I was 130 lbs, looking like pure hell with skin and bones..
One day I stepped in the gym and from that moment on, I never stopped going..After a couple years of not having a clue of what I was doing and constantly overtraining..I began to expand my knowledge with Health and Fitness Magazines, such as Musclemag and Flex..I took Workout & Nutritional info and put them to use..I began to see results immediately. I then expanded my knowledge with personal training documents etc..Eventually I found Bodybuilding.com and Bodyspace and found this to be a great motivator in what I was hoping to accomplish..
Today I have reached my all time goal of helping other individuals stay away from mistakes I made..I want to get you off on the right foot with training and not waste several years as I did..
I want to give Bodybuilding.com and the supplement line of Cellucor for giving me the opportunity to take training to a whole new level with the motivation and the supplements offered..
Thanks for all your support, stay focused, motivated and always looking for new goals!
Why I Love It:
How could you not love walking into a gym, taking control of massive lbs of iron and fighting it on a daily basis, when what you get in return is a better body, better self discipline and a drive that can't be broken..
The iron is my best friend!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by watching others around me and from bodybuilding.com transforming their bodies..I have OCD when it comes to perfection , so this is what I strive for...
I have a personal team(Team Poynter) this is my list of soldiers who take it to the limit in the gym on a daily basis, putting forward sweat, tears and a drive that is unbreakable..You have to keep up with those you lead!
BB Accomplishments:
My biggest accomplishment is having my own personal Online Training services where I design workouts and meal plans for any type of individual..I love helping one change their body..
I am also amazed by the fact that I am a member of the finest Supplement company you will find..Cellucor, Cellucor has helped me reach my all time goals and continue to improve on those goals daily..There is no goal that can't be touched..

"The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total ****off. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds."

Goal (Long):
All my life I have wanted to take my fitness levels to the highest point possible..Everyday I set a new goal and every few months I reach that goal..
I want to help every individual who is dedicated to health and fitness , do the same thing I am doing..
There is no Goal you cannot reach if you find the Drive and Determination from deep within..
Ellena is a great person with a great drive, who from a recent email talked about some personal things in her life..From that , I know she is a true soldier and will stop at nothing to reach her goals..
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I log into bodyspace and look at the amazing tranformations of my personal team(Team Poynter). As well as all the other dedicated members of bodyspace.

What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
Cellucor's NO and M5 ..BEcause they are essential in lean mass gains ..The blood that they force into your muscles during training is insane..The only thing the muscle has to do is expand, creating lean mass gains in a short period of time.Cellucor's NO and M5 ..BEcause they are essential in lean mass gains ..The blood that they force into your muscles during training is insane..The only thing the muscle has to do is expand, creating le...more

Yup! I can't wait to start lifting again. BUT...I saw my doc yesterday and unfortch she has tacked on another stinkin' week. I'm doing GREAT & no complications but I think b/c I lift heavier than 10# weights she wants me to be totally healed. I see her again Jan. 4th & then she should give me the go ahead. That will be FOUR weeks of no lifting. I'm gonna be SO WEAK! I'll let ya know. Merry Christmas!
lol..hey man... EVERY Monday I try to do my squats (which I hadn't done it years) and the Hack Squats (which I had never done before your program) as strict as possible..and EVERY Monday I worry I'm not hitting or isolating the quads as well as I should... and EVERY Tuesday night I start to walk like I have M.S.... and EVERY wednesday morning my legs want to give out when I go down the stairs in the morning.. ya B@ST@RD! lol!
Lookin good man. Quick question. Do you take every set to failure? WHy or why not? I've always taken every set to failure and i'm wondering if i'd see better results if i didnt, especially when lifting really heavy in the 5 rep range... Thanks for your help.
