I started working out after I tried a couple workouts from the pages of "FLEX" AND "MUSCLEMAG".
I really got hooked after some trial and error with weights and finally got the transformation going.
Why I Love It:
I love to workout because I love the transformation you can make with your body..And the feeling is unbelievable.
How I Stay Motivated:
Comments keep me motivated, pushing more weight each week keeps me motivated and seeing myself transform is what its all about..SO WHY QUIT?
BB Accomplishments:
My main accomplishments would be, me going from a weight of 130lbs and sick looking , to 170+lbs lean looking.

This is when I decided to start working out, I weighed 130 lbs here...I decided a change needed to be made to my skeleton look
I hve been out several times and people say something about "being skinny" . I'm sure anyone reading this feels what im saying. I had this encounter last night..Someone said, " last time i saw u , you were blown up, now you are skinny"......I know it isnt a huge deal, but...
looking ripped man ever though of doing a show this year maybe ddo a light weight division or medium weight division where you do it or not just want to say good luck!

I was gone to the Emerald cup this weekend and it was so fun. Training is going great and I haven't tried the back workout yet! ahh but i will!! :)
