I began working out after buying a couple magazines by the name of "FLEX" and "MUSCLEMAG"..I began reading articles and glaring at huge monsters and decided I wanted to try and achieve the greatest look possible..
This being said, I joined a local gym and after 7 years, I continue to pound away at the Richmond Athletic Club!!
Why I Love It:

Thanks Steve, one can all but try. Business for me is going pretty good too actually. I've been doing the gymnastics pretty damn hard and need a few days break - back into it as of yesterday and it was only then that I realised how much effort I really put into it, because I can't do the same intensity yet! Building up slow so I don't burn out again xx

Hello Steveo how are things going here a little stressed i would go into details, but you wouldn't want to know. Well i have a question i have a friend of mine that after hitting the gym for about 2to 4 hours they go out and have a couple of shots does that take away from you working out and if so how. Talk to you then starting up my routines againhitting the weights. I'll post some pics soon.

Not as lean as you..lol! I think just the angle and knowing how to do an abs pose makes me look leaner than I am, I have gotten a touch leaner saying that though. But thanks all the same :)) How's the business going?
