My overall goal is to gain 10lbs of lean mass but not have it effect my 2 mile time.
Goal (Long):
I would like to gain 10 lean pounds. On top of that goal, I would like for my squat to exceed 400lbs for a set of 8-10 and be able to bench in sets over 300lbs.
This guy embodies what I strive to do on daily bases. I always try to have an arsenal of inspirations to keep me going and Nick is right up there. Plus, Renaissance sculptures would have a field day with this guy. If only Michelangelo was here to sculpt those abs. Great work, bro!
I used to hear about athletes training at elevation and how difficult it is but once I finally got to experience it myself, I say leave it for the distance runners and cyclist. I've never been put in a more demanding situation. I currently am at 7,000 feet above sea level and have been here...
