When I Started: Jun, 2006
How I Started: Well, when I was in Karate, I did a little bit of weight lifting, so my arms and legs could get strong. I didn't want to get bulky or fatigued that I couldn't move, haha, so I did only shourt workouts with light weights.

In the middle Feb. of '08 or so, I decided to get back in to the groove of working out. I still practice a little Karate on my own.
Why I Love It: It's stress releasing and I love the feel of the pump when I'm finished, especially in my arms and chest.
How I Stay Motivated: Mirror, pictures, motivation, dedication, determination, focus and a strong iron will.
BB Accomplishments: Lifting more; some of my tank tops and t-shirts becoming tight; my chest & arms becoming bigger and seeing the cuts between my arms and shoulders.

Arnold Schwarzenager, no doubt. He just has perfect semetry and physique. The next person in my opinion is Stan McQuay, same thing.

Sometimes my schedule is off due to work, but I try to keep up with it.

4:30, 5:00 morning workout, about 1 1/2 hours, or longer. I am now doing each body part with HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

well check my progress photos.. starting at like 112 or so i think and at 160 now.. NO FAT thats a good progress...im not at the level i want to be but ive worked my tail off the past 3 years with this bro and i dont appreciate the wrong saying..... but its kool bro one bad comment aint nothin... good luck on your goals ONCE AGAIN
