When I Started:
Jun, 2006
How I Started:
Well, when I was in Karate, I did a little bit of weight lifting, so my arms and legs could get strong. I didn't want to get bulky or fatigued that I couldn't move, haha, so I did only shourt workouts with light weights.

In the middle Feb. of '08 or so, I decided to get back in to the groove of working out. I still practice a little Karate on my own.
Why I Love It:
I love it when I feel the tightness of my muscles, especially in my arms and the pump. I also love it, because it's stress releasing and I am in my own world; and when I'm in my own world, I forget about the time and how long I've been working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
Mirror, pictures, motivation, dedication, determination, focus, iron will and telling myself that I want to look better than how I look like now!
BB Accomplishments:
Gained 8 lbs. of muscle. Most of my t-shirts and tank tops are getting snug around the chest and arms area. (Very happy!)

30 sec, maybe 45.
- Updated Dec 28, 2008 11:22pm

Lol! I wasn't sure about it either at first, but it's really good. It's tasteless. It takes on the flavor of whatever you add to it. Give it a try. I think you will be surprise.

Hey! The liquid egg whites are great! It's an easy way to add a good quality protein source to your diet. I use it when makings eggs for breakfast or add it to my whey protein shakes for additional grams of protein. It fat free as well. I really like it!
