Overall Goal: Build muscle and bulk up without putting on too much bodyfat.
Fit Status:
Using supersets in my workout, I tend to get bigger arms and a thicker chest now!

When I Started:
Jun, 2006
How I Started:
Well, when I was in Karate, I did a little bit of weight lifting, so my arms and legs could get strong. I didn't want to get bulky or fatigued that I couldn't move, haha, so I did only shourt workouts with light weights.
In the middle Feb. of '08 or so, I decided to get back in to the groove of working out. I still practice a little Karate on my own.
Why I Love It:
I love it when I feel the tightness of my muscles, especially in my arms and the pump. I also love it, because it's stress releasing and I am in my own world; and when I'm in my own world, I forget about the time and how long I've been working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
Mirror, pictures, motivation, dedication, determination, focus, iron will and telling myself that I want to look better than how I look like now!
BB Accomplishments:
Gained 8 lbs. of muscle. Most of my t-shirts and tank tops are getting snug around the chest and arms area. (Very happy!)

4-5 sets w/ 10-12, sometimes 14 reps, depending on how big I want those muscles to grow.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
MuscleTech: Nitro-Tech Hardcore. I need to add on more muscle size and it does give you that.

Do at least 20 minutes of Cardio - 3 times a week :)
Trust me when I say, it will do wonders for your fat%, health and general energy level! and now you will prob. think, that it will cause you to lose weight.yes( bodyfat) But it will actually help your body gaining musclemass, if you eat correctly :) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v =d0IbZ0eiEiQ&feature=fv st
Good luck with your goals :D

Lol! I wasn't sure about it either at first, but it's really good. It's tasteless. It takes on the flavor of whatever you add to it. Give it a try. I think you will be surprise.
