How I Started:
Well, when I was in Karate, I did a little bit of weight lifting, so my arms and legs could get strong. I didn't want to get bulky or fatigued that I couldn't move, haha, so I did only shourt workouts with light weights.
In the middle Feb. of '08 or so, I decided to get back in to the groove of working out. I still practice a little Karate on my own.
Why I Love It:
It's stress releasing and I love the feel of the pump when I'm finished, especially in my arms and chest.
How I Stay Motivated:
Mirror, pictures, motivation, dedication, determination, focus and a strong iron will.
BB Accomplishments:
Lifting more; some of my tank tops and t-shirts becoming tight; my chest & arms becoming bigger and seeing the cuts between my arms and shoulders.

Sometimes my schedule is off due to work, but I try to keep up with it.
4:30, 5:00 morning workout, about 1 1/2 hours, or longer. I am now doing each body part with HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
Monday - Rest
Tuesday - Chest, Biceps
Wednesday - Triceps, Treadmill

yea we cool..just i hated you dissin me man cause ive worked insanely hard the past couple years... aint nothing to brag about but aint nothing to say its not any good progress
