W: Whatever I do with my trainer: Overall body w/Isometrics, Legs w/Abs, Chest & Back, which ever.
F: Shoulders & Arms
S: Overall body or just Upper Body
S: Off (Cardio & Abs)
I generally train my abs and calves twice a week and go on the treadmill and/or stationary bike after I lift (if I can) for about 20-30 minutes.
