I wanted to better myself physically. Being in the Army, you need to be physically fit. I want to be more physically fit than I am and I want it to show.
Why I Love It:
It gives me peace of mind and helps me to just relax. Just the feel of my body going through changes makes every bit of sweat worth it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that everyday brings me closer to a goal keeps me going. My wife, my daughters, and my grandkids keep me motivated to be here in life longer!!

I have been at my new program for about two weeks now and I am feeling a great difference with my strength and endurance. With this new program, I have upped my cardio and added some new exercises. I am hoping that with time, the weight will start to come down as I am trying to also gain...

Hi! Yeah, my weekend is going well, but I'm missing the beach already (got home two days ago). I'm so ready for this year, I'm very excited about my progress. I went to the gym today, first workout for 2010, it felt great to get the heart rate up. How was your NYE?

Yeah I'm gonna get lean this year, the muscle is there I just haven't been feeding myself the way I know I'm supposed to. Any big goals this year?

Doing great! How about you? I didn't do much once I dropped off of here. Had alot of personal issues this past year. But started back two weeks ago and I'm more motivated than ever. I did gain some weight but it's coming off. Have you been keeping up with your plan? Joyce

not so great...start pt yesterday and am in a lot of pain. i did some cardio today & legs...but hurting so bad in shoulders...i go back tomorrow for more pt...then to dr on 1/14.
