I wanted to better myself physically. Being in the Army, you need to be physically fit. I want to be more physically fit than I am and I want it to show.
Why I Love It:
It gives me peace of mind and helps me to just relax. Just the feel of my body going through changes makes every bit of sweat worth it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that everyday brings me closer to a goal keeps me going. My wife, my daughters, and my grandkids keep me motivated to be here in life longer!!

I have been at my new program for about two weeks now and I am feeling a great difference with my strength and endurance. With this new program, I have upped my cardio and added some new exercises. I am hoping that with time, the weight will start to come down as I am trying to also gain...
goin better i am about 65-70% rite now. I lost a lil bit of my speed but slowly building back up. I'm runnin 100M in 10.5 so working hard to get back down to 10 flat or 9.98
Training has been going great. I've been increasing my strength and stamina. Continuing .2 of a lb or more loss per day. I'm feeling more and more like myself everyday. :) How have you been?
We are doing so much better! Still some health things I have to have monitored but the baby, my son, is developing on track ha-ha bigger than average (YEAH). How are u guys?

ive been wearing a brace on both knees while i train. it's been hard doing exercise i really enjoy such as squats and lunges, but im working around it. thanks for asking!

IM DOING OKAY.. ALL IS I GUESS OKAY.. IVE GOT SOME WORK CUT OUT STARTING TOMORROW.. IM UPSET..I WAS DOING GREAT UNTIL I STARTED A DAM GALLON OF 420 DAILY..NOW I HAVE TO GO BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD! OH WELL IM ONLY HUMAN...LOL:)
Training is going alright... i had to break from it for awhile because my boyfriend broke up with me on friday! It sucks but w.e... i took the weekend off to just cry and do nothing but now im back to my regular days- its a great motivation!! =] how is your training??
