I wanted to better myself physically. Being in the Army, you need to be physically fit. I want to be more physically fit than I am and I want it to show.
Why I Love It:
It gives me peace of mind and helps me to just relax. Just the feel of my body going through changes makes every bit of sweat worth it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that everyday brings me closer to a goal keeps me going. My wife, my daughters, and my grandkids keep me motivated to be here in life longer!!

I have been at my new program for about two weeks now and I am feeling a great difference with my strength and endurance. With this new program, I have upped my cardio and added some new exercises. I am hoping that with time, the weight will start to come down as I am trying to also gain...
well life in general is going tough, and despite that main picture "looking good" I feel like I am slipping off the workout progres waggon :( I tell you...school though is going okay I am just ready for this next year to happen already.

its going, Ive slowed down a lot though. I was doing GVT and gained 5 pounds of muscle and it was just pushing out my belly fat so I slowed down and am focusing on cardio to lose what belly I have left, then I will crank the weights up again!
Yep, I hear ya, my goal is to get down to 16% bf by april next year I think I am around 22-23% right now. I think that the diet part is the hardest, trying to eat clean all the time is just plain hard. Well I hope you have a great weekend.

Hey there! Training has been going slow. Had family down over the weekend and didn't eat clean, I submissively gave into what they wanted and it was mainly grease and sugar so I'm feeling a bit sick from it(never thought I'd say that!). Other than that things are going good, picking up today where i left off at gym and getting back on track with eating. Hows things going for you?
