I wanted to better myself physically. Being in the Army, you need to be physically fit. I want to be more physically fit than I am and I want it to show.
Why I Love It:
It gives me peace of mind and helps me to just relax. Along with that, it gives me energy to do things with my wife and kids.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that everyday brings me closer to a goal keeps me going.

weight at 225lbs
haven't lost a lb lately, but slow definition starting to show
Took my PT test on Thursday and ended up not being able to complete the run due to losing feeling in my leg. I am a little angry about that, but I will get back on track and make sure that I can get through this and pass the next one. I am going to do some extra leg exercises to strengthen...
No, it wasn't a HUGE challenge but it was a good way to start. Next for me? Hmmm....I don't know. I'd love to take a Boot Camp class but I'm pretty sure my shoulder wouldn't do well :(
Hi Steve - I'm good, thanks. I took a Pilates class this AM (something I never do is take ANY kind of class...jst isn't "me"). It was ok. Kinda easy but challenging at the same time. I don't know if I'll continue with it but it was nice to try something different :)
Good to hear from you. How are things going? How's the family? I'm still in physical therapy but I'm enjoying my new diet. It is not really a diet but a healthier way to eat so I'm enjoying it.
