It was a FAME Fitness Model competition in Winnipeg. I won 1st place in the Advanced Fitness Model Division.

The competition was last Saturday. Winnipeg's hosting a national show (called World Qualifier) on June 14th, if you want to come and watch. I'll be competing in it.

you really don't have that much time left dude. 12-16 weeks is what people usually take to get ready for a show. You look pretty lean as it is, but I'd recommend getting started right away. The learning experience will be great. However, are you working with a trainer? I highly recommend you do. Check out my trainers website @ www.contestprep.ca. His name's Craig Bonnett. He's the best.

Right now I plan to yes. I'm also doing Provincials on the 31st and World Qualifier on June 14th, so three shows might be a bit much. We'll see, I'll already be in shape so I might as well.
Are you gonna be there, or can you even compete in that one now that you're "Pro?"
