Hi! Steve! I'm 12 weeks out from competition. You got any pointers on meals? I'm eating 6-7 meals a day, each with protein and carb. cutting out carbs from 4:00p.m. on. I also heard to cut out all fruits. Is that correct?

Hey..I see you workout at the YMCA. Im from Kenora and I went to a YMCA on Portage and it..well..kinda sucked. Is there another one..cause the weights selection at that one couldnt be the one that got you to those comp's.
