I made major lifestyle changes as well and became a certified fitness trainer, a specialist in sports nutrition and other specialized certifications as well. I started in late 2005 and it took about a year to lose 110 pounds. I am still reshaping my body, I train 6 days a week. ps.. my web site has some great tips www.trainwithsteven.com
