I have been training since I was 16, but like everyone else the stresses of everyday life gradually took me to the point of only doing the occaisional workout. It wasn't until I saw a picture of myself at 268 pounds and my doctor telling me I had the beginning of some health issues that I really took control of my life again. I am now ISSA certified in many areas including a certified fitness trainer.
Why I Love It:
Working out makes me feel alive! It has so many benefits.Iwork out daily and also do 3 martial arts workouts weekly... For me to work out is to live....
How I Stay Motivated:
Look in the mirror!!!

Stick w/it (how long it take you to loose all the weight you've lost? - my dad also wanted to be professional bodybuilder he didn't get as far as you - he apparently hired a trainer and everything but then gave up????) Have a great week!
