steveh5200 I'm going to start cutting tomorrow. My goal is 6-8% body fat and I should hit that at around 180lbs.

steveh5200 Off day today. I'm actually looking forward to doing legs tomorrow, I must be a little crazy.

  • no your not crazy I enjoy doing legs also cause that is my weak point doing legs actually targets your upper body as well specially if you are doing deep squats it takes a lot of momentum do bring all that weight back up everybody at my gym thinks im crazy also when I tell them I enjoy doing legs good luck on your goal on becoming a fitness model you have the right mindset.

  • Everyone has a different "thing" that works for them. The cheat meals are a pretty important release valve for me. Look up a book called Body For Life by Bill Phillips. I think he is a little easy on the working out but I definitely buy into the cheat day and the psychology of it. It does make the rest of the week a little harder as your daily deficit has to be lower to make up for a cheat day. Good luck to you and I'll be looking for your "lean and mean" after pictures. :)
