I inherently love to lift.. cardio is a whole other story. I stay motivated by surrounding myself with Images and books that deal with Bodybuilding/working out. I might watch Pumping Iron, or read a new article on Bodybuilding.com. Usually if I force myself to think about it I eventually get excited and can't wait to get to the gym.

TomOlsen32 Hey Steve, so I started your big man on campus program this week. I did day two (biceps and back) on Wednesday and worked my biceps really hard and now my left arm is really swollen, I can't straighten it and its just an abnormally large size. I was just going to ask you if I should be concerned or if there is anything I should be doing to treat it? guest Hey Steve, ive followed your transformation since you were featured on bodybuilding.com for adding 20 pounds of mass. I always thought you had an amazing physique and i would like to know what supplements you take when dieting for a competition. Truth be told i really look up to you for turning your passion for bodybuilding into a career and i would also like a few tips on how to do this myself because i think i have a pretty good physique. olcoach68 Is your "Big Man on Campus" program good for losing body fat. I know this may sound like a dumb question but I played football in high school and got hurt so I've been out of it for awhile now always been a big guy since I played oline but I'm weighing about 280 now and really want to lose that fat. Yang8 I love you man. No homo.. BMOC was my first serious workout routine (Newbie) You rock. Thanks for the inspiration, education and motivation. Huge gains on both strength and muscle. I also lost 6 kgs of body fat while putting on satisfactory muscle.. i look ripped and slimmer now, and it's all thanks to you man.. BradHolland Hey Steve, Just completed your BMOC program. I had some nice results regrading my strength & I feel great. Bench went from 175 to 275. Squats went from 245 to 345. Your program gave me a great foundation to jump off from so thank you very much for putting it together. If you're looking at creating another one, might I suggest something for us older guys?
