It all started with the Body For Life program. The following year I took it to another level and competed in a drug free show and took 3rd....I was hooked!
Why I Love It:
Keeps me young and in better shape than most men half my age! my long term goal right now is to be able to play ball with my son when is in his teens.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think about what would happen if I stopped working out. Why work so hard to get to such a high level of fitness and then stop. If that is your plan, then why start?
BB Accomplishments:
1st place NGA Classic - 1999
1st place NABF Biogenics Classic - 2000
1st place INBF Mr. Worcester - 2004
Best Poser - NABF Biogenics Classic - 2000

Being over 40, I want to continue to compete on stage until I drop dead (hopefully not for a long time).
Goal (Long):
I am currently a 45 year old certified trainer. Most of my clients are middle aged from 35-55 and have little or no experience. I have also competed in many local drug free competition taking 1st place in a few shows including "Mr. Worcester 2004".
Currently, I am doing my personal training in the evening but hope that someday I can quit my day time job (Mechanical Engineer) and own my own gym. Training others is one of the most rewarding thing you can do, the benefits from seeing their transformation and how much they improve the quality of life is is very overwhelming to me...it is something to be very proud of.
I am currently married to Adelia whom without her I doubt very much that I would be where I am now in fitness. We met at the gym...where else? We have our only child Tyler who is now 4 and loves training with us in our home studio. I am looking forward to the day when I can bring him up on stage with me.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 5 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
3%
Upcoming Contest:
Spirit of America (OCB), Northeast Classic (INBF)

Well then, I can't wait to see you on the stage on the 5th! I'll be there in the evening. Maribel should be there all day.
I may stop by bootcamp Sunday, if you guys dont mind. Just to see you all and wish you all the best. :)
Steve,
I dont think I have your direct email, that I can remember. I just wanted to say congrats on your placing at the SOA! You looked phenomenal!
I only caught the end of your posing routine.....very dramatic. Wish I had seen the whole thing!
Congrats again.....

Hey Steve - Thanks for stopping by. Yeah that Bosu workout was hell! Lol! I'm glad I wasnt the only one dying.
I'll be at boot camp again. Maybe not all of them, but as many as I can attend.
See you soon. :)
Usually when I add sodium to my eggs and eat tuna for lunch and keep the water intake less than a gallon a day I get more vascular. When is your next show? mine is March 24th.
That is one top notch physique you have built Steve. Impressive muscle size, definition and symmetry. Hopefully, you will be able to open that gym in the near future. Keep training strong.
