stesil03 I did my first 5k yesterday. It was the Orlando Color Run :) It was a truly amazing experience.

BldgInProgress Great to hear from you. I will pray you feel better shortly. Based on your squat-a-thon fitness plans, it looks like those Thanksgiving pounds you mentioned will be history soon. I have been doing well. I found out my portion sizes for cleaning eating were too large. There is something called to much of a good thing. Lol Other than that I faired well through Thanksgiving. lomarie Thank you for the advice!!! I appreciate it!!!! I've been lifted the same amount of weight for like... Six years lol... No wonder my body hasn't improved! I was a little timid today and went a little heavy on the bench press, but I felt like I could have, and will need to, add more. I'm excited for the workouts, but the eating could be my downfall!
