How I Started:
I wanted to be healthy, and started working out as a hobby. I've since gotten really into it, and am looking to make the transition from lifting to body building.
Why I Love It:
I love the adrenaline rush, the competition with my own limits, the growth I see, and the time to destress.

I want to gain 20 pounds of muscle in the next 12 months.
Goal (Long):
I tend to plateau in the 160 range and then it is hard for me to push beyond that. My goal is to push myself to really put the muscle weight on and then to strip fat away to be about 4-6% body fat to have a big, defined, and shredded look. I know that as I push hard, stick to my diet, and lift intensely that I can do this in 12 months.
