I got it right before my figure show last year, I was going to wear it for the sports model category..I found it on a stripper website online.check them out they have cute stuff.

If you are going to work for a gym the best advice I can give you is to get/read some books about personal training sales..putting someone thru a workout is easy, selling them sessions is very hard...learn to be sales person and you will be okay

Lifting 6 days a week, staying in the 6-8reps as heavy as I can go, usually 3 body parts a day.

decided to wait a year to compete again, as you can tell I don't have a lot of muscle, I'm going to spend this year training to build muscle and will compete next year, hopefully I can look like you!!!

Here is the best advice I give you, figure out what your weight is, how many times a week you are going to be training and then how many calories you should be intaking, websites can help you figure it out. Once you have that info, I would stick with 6 little meal a day consisting of 3 protein/carb and 3 protein/fat.
