Overall Goal: I strive to continue losing weight and to gain more muscle. I really want to compete or get into fitness modeling someday so hopefully I can get my body fat down and really gain the muscle I know I can get!

Well one day I realized that I had gained 30- 40 pounds after I quit smoking and decided to do something about it. I started with walks with my husband and now I'm a gym rat!
Why I Love It:
I enjoy that time a the gym. It's like "ME" time and I can put some music on, workout and get smelly and no one will really judge me.
How I Stay Motivated:
I take update pics every 6-10 weeks to see what progress I have made. It helps to know what I need to work on and what I've been working on.
BB Accomplishments:
I lost 38.5 pounds in one year! YAY!!!

I do 3 days of weight training and 2 days of straight cardio. Each week rotates, 1 week is Day A (a) Day B(a) Day A(b), then the next week is Day B(b) Day A(a) Day B(b).

Hey, I love your before and after pictures. Now those are some real pictures. None of this computer enhancement stuff like you see on fat burner advertisements. Keep up the awesome work.
