Yep still over here in Iraq, still lifting and cardio too, LOL! Bad thing is been hitting the DEFAC to much! Gotta hit the salad routine hard these next couple of weeks and stay away from the bad stuff!

Congrats on breaking 250lbs! :) I would be doing fine on my goals if I would quit giving in to Miller Chills on football days. :D
