Yep still over here in Iraq, still lifting and cardio too, LOL! Bad thing is been hitting the DEFAC to much! Gotta hit the salad routine hard these next couple of weeks and stay away from the bad stuff!

SO how you likin that part of Germany, done two tours over there. Been trying to get back there SO bad, it's not even funny anymore!! My last tour was 3 yrs in Heidelberg.

Congrats on breaking 250lbs! :) I would be doing fine on my goals if I would quit giving in to Miller Chills on football days. :D
