How I Started:
I started weight training in high school and continued through college. I began martial arts training about 10 years ago. My fighting styles are Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (1 year) and Muay Thai (5 years).
Why I Love It:
Fitness, Martial Arts and Bodybuilding are my passions. I love the way it makes me feel and keeps me mentally/physically healthy.
