Today my boyfriend bought me an early birthday present. He got me the gnc be-defined toning & sculpting dietary supplement. I've have been interested in taking some kind of supplement because I want to get back in the gym to work out.
The problem is I want to see results faster. I hate going to the gym and feeling like I work out forever and not see any results.
So I'm on a mission to find a supplement that will give me those results.
I plan on documenting each week my progress and hopefully by the end of may I will see some results!
