How I Started:
I started working out when I was 16yrs old for football and baseball. I still remember I only weighted 158lbs at the time. My school actually had weight lifting comps. with other high schools that I always loved and started to win in my weight class. By the time I grad. high school I weighted 198lbs and set our school bench record at 415lbs. The only thing about working out in school is they don't take the time to show you proper form or how to do anything. They just care about power and if you were helping them win the next game. I went to Clemson U for ball and kept on lifting and again the way you work out for sports in 100% different then bodybuilding. This all came back to haunt me when I was 22yrs old because I was in a different gym where the benches were super skinny. I was about to do some dumbbell presses with 150's and I go to lay back but start to slide off the bench because I was used to a different bench. Instead of just letting the dumbbell go to the ground(thinking ohh this isn't nothing) I just catch it with my shoulder. I'm not sure if it was just me doing the movement to fast... it jerking so hard down on me or what. But I felt a ripping feeling in my chest "like you do when you do super wide chest fly's". But this wasn't a good feeling this was a I drop the weight grab my chest and go OHHHHH S*****TTTTT. Making a long story short I had to get cut on and get everything back together and it took me out of the game for a yr. My doc. said I was lucky to just be able to work out again because of how bad it was. Well now I'm going back at it and it's only been 2 months but I'm so suprised on how fast the body puts you back in the right direction. I'll fill out the rest later but I thought I'd just try to not have a blank screen anymore....

Goal (Long):
I'll type up the whole story very soon and also really get into some deep stuff for everyone to read. So you can not only get a idea of where my body has been and where it's going to go but also where my mind has been and where it is going.
Hey well thanks for writing! It is kinda crazy around here. There are tons of great people to learn from though. Let me know what your goals are and I'll try to steer you towards the right people! Stay in touch if you can:)
