right now my body fat is 6% to 7%. how is your benching did you reach 300Lbs.

try not to eat fat food and eat brown rice Whole Wheat Bread,and if you wont to eat pizza eat Whole Wheat Pizza and your body will go in a good shape will your liftweight.
