I finally quit making excuses, got wise about how to achieve the results I desired and started getting serious! I love everything related to health, beauty + fitness so this just fits into my commitment to improve myself to be the best I can be in every possible way. Why I Love It:
I'm doing this for myself and me only. I'm only going to be disappointed at the end of the day if I allow failure, so that's just not an option. I love the confidence I feel in myself when I see changes in my body and I love to feel strong.
How I Stay Motivated:
- Challenging myself to push harder. - Learning new exercises. - The way I look in my clothes. - The way I look out of my clothes. - The way I feel after a good workout. - Muscle!!!!
