What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Not a thing. I've rolled out of bed and I'm still groggy, however I only have an hour until I need to be in the shower if I'm going to be on time for work, so I have to get cracking!

Well I'm glad things are going well for you! I'm definitely on the same page with you as far as winter goes, and I'll be right there with you come spring!
I've been working myself hard as always, in the office, but mostly in the gym :) I finally hit 170lbs and now I'm going to keep slowly adding lean mass while cutting my bf down to 4.2% (a 1.5% decrease). You know, just having fun as always! It's been a little while since I last heard from you; How have you been?
