After seeing a documentary on TLC about teen bodybuilders, I was intrigued, and googled "Bodybuilding"...found this website, and the rest is history!
Why I Love It:
I love the challenge of pitting your body against your mind, and learning just how strong you really are.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Not a thing. I've rolled out of bed and I'm still groggy, however I only have an hour until I need to be in the shower if I'm going to be on time for work, so I have to get cracking!

I've been working myself hard as always, in the office, but mostly in the gym :) I finally hit 170lbs and now I'm going to keep slowly adding lean mass while cutting my bf down to 4.2% (a 1.5% decrease). You know, just having fun as always! It's been a little while since I last heard from you; How have you been?

Hey today is my free day too. Just got mine tires changed to winter ones oO some snow dropped here yesterday i mean wtf. I saw that you worked with Team Scivation, have you ever used their SHOWTIME supplement? I bought few packs of it. My photo session is comming big steps so i'm wondering if i should use Scivation showtime and diet or my old before session chicken + peanut butter diet. PS: can you really stay whole day on couch :P ? Mike.

Congrats on your success. I agree with your answers about life outside of the gym: The way people treat you when you are fat; it can be depressing and sad. Plus the way you treat yourself after losing the weight. I always wore black, now I add more colour to my outfits. Wishing you success on all your endevours.
