I got fat and out of shape after high school.
Why I Love It:
pushing the body to the limit, soreness, cranking music, the competition, the dedication, and its a great time to hang with my boys knees, ben, ev, and kev.

Looking at these two swoll ass dudes... AJ and Ben

Being able to do three times my bodyweight in squats. Being able to my bodyweight in bench and bent rows.

hey yeah i really enjoy syntha 6. You really can't beat the taste. There are probably better proteins out there but I have no complaints. I actually look forward to my post workout shake.
