I got fat and out of shape after high school.

pushing the body to the limit, soreness, cranking music, the competition, the dedication, and its a great time to hang with my boys knees, ben, ev, and kev.

hey yeah i really enjoy syntha 6. You really can't beat the taste. There are probably better proteins out there but I have no complaints. I actually look forward to my post workout shake.
