Latissumus development. There was a time when I had absolutely no back muscle or tone. I couldn't even feel lats engage.

Three months ago I was 146lbs. Now 162lbs. Can't wait for another three months:)
I have been trying to increase & cut pecs. Slow process with injury, but continue to move forward. Bad angle for legs.

Do you sometimes use energy enhancing supplements?

Speed Stack or Shot, occasionally when exhausted.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Poor form. Too heavy too soon. No rest days.
Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I am still recovering from right shoulder
impingement/ rotator cuff tear. Which happened
over a year ago.

Well, if you have been following my site you would know that I have not gained weight in a while. Watch out, I'm up to 166lbs. That is 20lbs since April 7, 2008 (3 months) when I was at ECA Boston Fitness Expo. Even the little guy can gain with hard work and proper nutrition.
