My Workout Program
My schedule has been changing from week to week. I've had to take a couple of weeks off here and there since February due to sickness, but still seeing results, and I actually think that my body is loving these breaks, but I'm getting worried they are occurring too often. I've been trying to break my week into the following split:
Day 1: Legs
Day 2: Chest
Day 3: Back/Abs
Day 4: Arms
Day 5: Shoulders/Abs
If I have enough energy during the week, I might do another leg day. I try to do cardio 3 or 4 times/week. Hoping to be able to do this split more often, but this will depend on my health. Need to shed some extra bodyfat before the summer:)

steffiganz Had 4 awesome days of workouts and diet. Tomorrow will be a day to recuperate. Can't wait to get back at it on Saturday:)
May 16, 2013 | Likesteffiganz Increasing cardio for the next week and see how I progress. The cutting process is going well so far albeit battling the flu this week.

Apr 28, 2013 | Likesteffiganz Layoffs with the government means I lost my job again due to bumping: second time in 3 months. It'll work out somehow!! Shoulders tonight:)
Apr 10, 2013 | Likesteffiganz Had a great week:) Starting with cardio this week to get the fat burning process under way! Legs to start off the week tomorrow:)
