Ok guys, haven't writte in a while.. been busy with my Reformer Pilates class (LOVE LOVE). I just completed the beginner series and I start my level one class tonight! I love it b/c it exhausts my muscles but at the same time I feel invigorated!! I am getting stronger and stronger everyday....
M T TH Sat Cardio, Wed Pilates beginner class for now... ~ so 5days per week: 45 min to one hour cardio! This is all i have time for and trying to exercise for weight loss!! And gravitron machine for arms and upper body.
usually do treadmill or combo of TM and eliptical or bike.
Also, yes leg pictures are gonna ROCK OUT this year. You should really post those on here!! And you need a body shot. They will make you work hard. But you have to SHOW the progress on here missy!!
You're welcome. It's what friends are for! Someone has to put that kick in the butt for you. :) I know most of the time you dont want to hear it or dont want to listen, but you know I will b/c I would never steer you in the wrong direction.
You will actually burn more calories walking the inclines than you will by doing the sprints. 2 months ago when I first started this journey, my top incline was 8 and I could maintain it for only 45 seconds. I can now walk at a 15 incline for 15 minutes without holding the rails. It takes time and it means really pushing yourself. But YOU CAN DO IT!!! What is hard for you now will become easy if you stick to it. What seems impossible becomes possible with time and commitment.
Welcome Stef, just read your blog and wanted to congratulate you on your healthy choices of eating right and getting back in the gym. Stay consistent and keep pushing yourself and there is no limit to what you can accomplish. Have a great day!
