Audrey_S Best of luck! I have finally gotten out of mine mentally but have tried to stick to any kind of diet, I have one but haven't been 100% on it yet Dec 22, 2011 4:56am

AvaCowan Hmm, yea I usually gain quite a bit. I just accept it and enjoy myself..took me a while to just accept myself and love for food. Once I get too fat, I get scared and set a new goal:) Oct 24, 2011 10:49pm
Audrey_S
Audrey_S Hey girl! That is what I am trying to work on, gained 25 lbs on offseason last year, don't want to this year. I need to get back on my diet and allow one cheat meal a week, now to get back on diet is key (especially when you want to try a little of everything) Oct 22, 2011 2:12pm
