Loose about 5 pounds a week and get down to about 185. Keep lifting to replace body fat with muscle. Hoping to acclompish weight goal in two or three months and just work hard to get those cuts to come asap.

Using free weights i use 25 lbs.(The whole excercises is non stop no breaks) First do a set of ten curls from start to about half way and do that ten ten times. when i get to ten hold it at half way for ten seconds. then set of ten from half to the finish point at ten drop back to half way and hold for another ten seconds.
