Since i was 4 been playing and doin sports ever since. Became a world class tae kwon do fighter and have through many years of rigorous training

Athletics have been apart of my life since day one. Its what i love to do and what i am best at.

Loose about 5 pounds a week and get down to about 185. Keep lifting to replace body fat with muscle. Hoping to acclompish weight goal in two or three months and just work hard to get those cuts to come asap.

The best low impact cardio machine is a good weight session. Bike is also good.
