Just wanted to get a bit fitter, i have a desk job and love seeing the results.
Why I Love It:
Ok well i have spits and spurts however i have been trying to do the oppersite of what my body wants, i have a big frame to build on, so tend to lean towards power building workouts.
How I Stay Motivated:
Ok used to read the latest mags then found out that most of the picures are completly photoshopped, so i stop, actually i get most of my inspriation from BB.com and going to strongman meets.
BB Accomplishments:
Been able to lift 200kg Free squat, never in a million years did i think that i would be able to do that.

What steercub Is Up To:
Mar 10, 2009
steercubchanged Weight from 233.2 lbs. to 242 lbs., a 8.8 lb. gain in 126 days
Ok, changing this slightly.
Going for the size thing, am lifting some decent weight at the moment and want to continue this.
Arms need to get bigger, something i really need to work on.
Cheers for the comment mate, I dont really check this all that often, I suppose the only tip I can give for building size is eat like a maniac and train even harder, but youre massive anyway!! I find that working the bigger muscles harder works....lots of squats and dead lifts....good luck!!
thanks. ive been doing this strength program for the last few weeks. lift heavy as possible twice a week and cardio on other days. it seems to be working. 1 more week of it and im going back to a toning program. my body needs a break.
i am shredding up right now... using the heaviest iron i can move ..and cardio till i throw up...and no carbs...and a ton of supplements....get ripped or die tryin is the motto
Thanks for the comment. No i didn't come up with the design. I told the guy to free hand it. He would just draw it on first and if i liked it he would tattoo or change it a bit.
A great way to reach the shape you want is by following the Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6 and I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% to 10% bodyfat during the 12-week program. I suggest you give it a look-see and decide what you think. I believe that by using their proven nutrition, weightlifting & cardio program you will be amazed at the changes that your body will make. Let me know if you wish more info.
