When I Started:
2000
How I Started:
I put on alot of weight during the early years of my relationship and yoyo dieted to start with. After reading BodyforLife by bill Phillips I started to research nutrition and different workouts and from then I was hooked mainly on weight training.
Why I Love It:
I feel like a different person when I am working out, it gives me extra confidence and no drug can give that feeling of achievement after a hard grafted workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's particularly hard to stay motivated after adding bodyweight due to life's stresses, however I have found that progress pictures I have taken over the years have really helped me stay focused and even when I have time off I relax and know I will hit it hard again soon.
BB Accomplishments:
The fact that when I first started with gaining muscle/losing body fat I did it on my own and though the advice of others and just researching on clean foods to eat and what bodyparts responded the best to different methods of workout. My best achievement was actually being able to see the hard work in the mirror. No number on the scales can top that!
So had a friend round yesterday evening so up went the pole and a swinging we both went! Fantastic! Did a bit this morning too but my wrist was playing up so had to stop!
If you haven't tried it you must! Male or female its one of the best workouts I have done for cardio and...

Body for Life was how I got started and I became hooked from there. You have made great progress and should be proud of your accomplishments. Keep up the great work.
Keep all the hard work in the gym and you would reach your goals Here a quote which I hope you would help you with your training There is the Point of No Return where you have Trained so Long Sacrificed so Much, That you Can't GO Back. You Must Reach Your Goal & Trample On Anyone Who tries to Stop I wise man told me that and his name was Herb Elliot Australia Olympic Champion
