really? me and a couple buds who compete use it when we cut up, it works awesome, you just need to use it on off days, and two scoops maybe three not one, but its pretty good stuff bro.
dont take mass gainers or nething. the best thing you can do is probaly find your Maintence level for calories not building not cutting jus keepin wut u got ... then add 500 calories to that intake and you should build a decent solid pound a week say u gain 18-25 off season pounds u jus packed on 9-14 pounds of muscle probaly and u can jus cutoff the rest later

hey thanks, i'm trying haha...
basically what i've been doing lately is mixing my workouts up like crazy...never repeating the same thing i did last week...mixing in hi rep and low rep
also focusing on nutrition pretty strictly...watching the carbs, making sure to get quality protein (and enough), smaller meals (5-7/day)
and HIIT cardio about 3 times a week, usually 1st thing in the morning...
