I was 15, still chubby yet fit and i weighed about 210 at the time.
I would love to get back to this weight and maintain the current muscle tone i have now!

245 Pounds, I feel like crap, and can't believe i still have a cute girlfriend by my side.
This was about 9months ago, and the next time i take a pic, it will be without a shirt and showing off my progression thru this time !

I finally had the guts to take a pic of my fat body and post it here on bodyspace ... This is after about a month of dieting and exercise, Ive lost 5 pounds but i know for certain ive gained at least 5-10 pounds in muscle due to the size of my arms increasing along with the amount of weight in my bench press and bicep curl... The muscle is there, but sadly so is the fat !

I ran 4 Miles today, and i am still fat as you can obviously see. I would guess running 4 miles everyday for 100 days might get me the results i desire, this is simply another before picture to look at after i accomplish my training goals in the near future !

After 2 hours of hardcore street B-ball and an hour for Chest and Triceps ! Bloating is moderate, and the scale was nice to me saying i weighed 253 lbs, water weight loss i'll guess.

Sucking the stomach in just a tad just to see what it would look like. What happens is your stomach shrinks a little bit, but your chest gets filled up with the fat in your stomach.. duh haha

Its been a month and 3 days since my last pic ! Ive lost more weight and it looks like ive kept most of my muscle in the process. CHECK OUT my March 25th Pic With Nearly The Identical Pose To Really See What Ive Done in a Months Time.. It puts a smile on my face, but i relize i still have a long long way to go !
