Thank you, it took a lot of hard work to lose the weight ive lost, but I still have a long way to go. The best advice i can give you is to Lift weights, run/walk daily, and eat right. Do you have a myspace page, i could send you a lot more info, and possibly help you more.

First let me start off by saying that supplements are really not at all necessary to see gains. But 3 awesome supplements that have given me long term results are Cytosport Muscle Milk, Universal Animal vitamin pak, and Gaspari Super Pump 250... you can look all of these up on this website !

Yeah the 10k was rough, mainly because it felt like a 20k with all the zig zagging between people, i ran more diagonally, then in a straight line haha.. Since i don't have any races comming up, i usually stick to 2 - 4 miles a day, and occasionally one really fast 1 mile.

Hey Bro, it says on your body space that your not benching in the mid 200's... not that it really matters but theres no way thats right, you must be at least in the mid 300's right ? By the way excellent arms bro keep it up !
