When I Started:
Sep, 2008
How I Started:
I joined the gym when I was 16 but I kept starting and going all the time due to education. I also started boxing when I was 16 and decided that wasn't enough so I picked up Muay Tai training.
Why I Love It:
The majority of people out there are normal, they are all the same size and nothing separate them from the next person. I like bodybuilding because it makes you that one person different from most people. I especially notice it when people comment on my size. Thats when I know I like working out. Cardio makes me feel confident about your self, when I just did a hard workout I feel clean on the inside therefore I feel good on the outside. When I’m older I want to be health and live longer and the only way I could do that it to do something about it now rather that leaving to too late.
How I Stay Motivated:
In the last year on University I put on 3 stones and I continued piling on after. I don’t beat my self too much because I couldn’t go gym because I had too much work and we all know about students eating habits. Anyway before I put that weight on I felt really good about my self and really confident and now I feel like crap. Now I want to go back to that time and the only way I can feel that way to do that again is to loose those stones. This is mainly keeping me motivated is to get my confidence back.

Main Goal:
Lose Fat
Goal (Overall):
Simply to loose that weight once and for all, my weight goes up and down like a yo-yo.
Goal (Long):
Loose 2 stones before I go back to the boxing gym, where I started out. This is one thing keeping to motivated to go back to what I love doing. Gradually I want to incorporate weight with cardio. In boxing and muay thai you need greate flexibility, to be light on your feet move fast, accuratly and keep be focused and you need to work on your defensive as well and offensive. I want to carry on learning my boxing and increase my skills and knowledge of the sport.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 28 lb

Hey man, thanks for the compliment. Keep in mind that what works for one person doesn't normally mean it will work for another. With that said, I pretty much always tried to improve my nutrition and working out. It wasn't an over night thing, and I kept at it and still doing so. If you want to know more detail info go ahead and PM me as I don't want to leave a huge block of text on your comments lol. Take care and good luck!
