I started in High School and continued on thru college. I recently found myslef back in the gym and am looking to lose fat and gain muscle.
Why I Love It:
It relieves stress and tension, I have more energy, and I like feeling strong and fit. But mostly I like the feeling of accomplishement when I start to see results.
How I Stay Motivated:
This is where I seem to have problems. I will do really good for awhile and then I suddenly seem to lose all motivation. This is why I am here!
BB Accomplishments:

I want to lose 10 lbs of fat a month (until I reach 200lbs) while I continue to weight train and work on changing my physique and my life.
Goal (Long):
I don't want to settle for being average (which average now is way overweight)! I want to have a six pack (I know it's there somewhere). I want my arms to bulge from under my sleeves. I would like to be 200 - 220 pounds, with 10 - 12% bodyfat, and be able to push up at least 425lbs on the bench press. I know with full dedication these goals can and will be reached!
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 50 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
10%

I have been down for the better part of a month. Mostly because of my work schedule and the birth of my son, but also because I simply lost most of my motivation to go. I lost 18 lbs in two months just to turn around and put 2 lbs back on in Feb. I've got a lot of work to do, but I am trying to take it a day at a time.
Yeah, i know how the baby can effect thing, especially a new born. Just keep doing whatever you are doing and you will get there. If ever want any insite on training with a newborn, get in contact with Mark of Scivation. He is on the forum boards. He did his firts two shows last year with a new born and he moved cross country and still ran a company. Now thats hectic so he may have a tp to lend. Good luck and thanks for the compliment
Thanks. You have lost quite a bit of weight man. Keep it up. I do not know about you but I hate Jake!! We work our butts off and he puts a little effort and boom 5-7% BF. He looks awesome. We'll get there. Later bro and good luck.
