How I Started: recently seen photos of myself and wanted to change how i looked.
Why I Love It: well it makes me feel so much better and look better plus I am learning all the time swapping an changing ideas to be the best I can be.
How I Stay Motivated: looking at peoples profiles helps me and staying focused on my goals and all so some great sounds on my mp3 player. But most of all living a healthy life to and to spend it with my family.
BB Accomplishments: losing weight sticking it out, and staying motivated.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Even though at times this can be hard, I stick to a healthy diet
lots of veg not as much fruit as I would like, plenty of water.

breakfast, oatmeal and bannana.
lunch, whey protein shake.

new picture uploaded today, to be honest i have found this last couple of weeks very hard, with keeping my diet so clean and having enough energy to complete weights plus 45 mins cardio afterwards, but not giving up and getting stuck in is working for me, more of a shut up and put up attitude....

Workout Program:
At the moment my current workout is running for about 12 wks, this workout schedule is mostly for burning calories and to reduce weight loss.

monday - 1 hour low to med intensity cardio + 20 min swim.

tuesday - 15 min cardio followed by weights full body high reps light weights around 25...

So another month another picture. Truethfully I dont see very much progress in the last few months, but weight is still dropping. I was hoping to gain muscles much faster, but I guess even if i did, I have still to much fat to see. lol.

It is best to follow a proven program when deciding to either lose weight and/or get into great shape otherwise you may end up wasting your time & energy. I was able to lose over 50 lb’s going from 36% to 10% bodyfat and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. Challenge yourself and you may be amazed at the results and how fast they happen.
