training hard expecting to get my bodyfat down to the level i would like within 2 years as its took so long to put it on, increased my cardio to 5 days a week incorperated 4 day split heavy as poss, new diet six small meals low calorific. as you can see from my pics have made some changes but...
Very good changes. You've kept all the healthy mass and lost the fat. I would have to get healthy mass first, then lose fat covering it up. Oh well, one step at a time!
So another month another picture. Truethfully I dont see very much progress in the last few months, but weight is still dropping. I was hoping to gain muscles much faster, but I guess even if i did, I have still to much fat to see. lol.
Mate,
you have made good progress so far. You can be proud of yourself. I am very happy to see someone starting, too. Many of the other guys have already achieved so much. I hope we can do this, too.
Greetings from Berlin
I see great progress! Keep it up and I bet you will start to see a snowball effect start to happen in the next few weeks. Stay true to your goals and be disciplined. Congrats, you're makin it happen!
It is best to follow a proven program when deciding to either lose weight and/or get into great shape otherwise you may end up wasting your time & energy. I was able to lose over 50 lb’s going from 36% to 10% bodyfat and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. Challenge yourself and you may be amazed at the results and how fast they happen.
