I actually hit each body part hard enough that I need atleast 5 days to heal. Like I hit arms Wendsday and its monday and my tri's are still a bit sore. I lift heavy to start each session then I end with drop sets to burn out. Works good for me.

Well I could still use a little more mass but thank you. I have a different aproach to my workout than you I only work out 5 days and I never hit the same group of muscles more than once a week.

selam...haftada 1 sefer 1 bolgeyi calistirmak ileri seviye sporcular icindir.idmanda o bolge o kadar yorulur ki ancak 6 gunde toparlanir.senin seviyene her bolge haftada 2 kere calistirilmalidir.progaineri 3 doz idmandan 2 saat once 2 dozuda yatmadan önce alman isine yarar.sorun olursa buradayim.iyi haftalar.iyi yillar...

selamlar..bencede KGT biraz hafif.bence enerji icin BSN nin NOXPLODE UNU kullsn.gittigidiyorda 65 ytl civarinda.super bir urun...progainer gunde 170 gr kullaninca iyi sonuc verir,bunun yanina whey pro ekle olursa.idman sonrasi 50 gr whey alman super olur...
