I actually started much earlier but only on and off. This was when I got more consistent with it. I first just wanted to have big forearms like Goku in Dragonball Z, but I soon gave up on it. As I went through junior high, I got pretty sedentary and so I decided to start working out for my health.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding is a great lifestyle that everyone can benefit from. Not necessarily competitive bodybuilding, but recreational bodybuilding as well. The lifestyle is healthy, and fun.
How I Stay Motivated:
Easily...just kidding...but not really. I stay motivated now because I want to be healthy and also big(with strength being more of a perk). I always look at my improvements and look at how much more I need to go. Then I just keep on going. Setting short term goals and long-term goals. Sounds simple, and that's because it is.
Get the rear delts caught up and work on my grip strength. Most of the grip training is gonna come from deadlifts.
Goal (Long):
I am now starting my long-term cut. I don't know how long it will take but I am prepared to go for a year or two of cutting. It doesn't really matter how much WEIGHT I need to lose. Whatever amount it takes for me to get to 10% bodyfat is what I want.
ps. if i get baned, then i dont care because some guys messed up my points and just cause they didnt agree with me, they redded me out. now i ask you, is that the work of men? or mice?
thanks man, keep up the good training!
oh hey thanks! but i truly believe that through my heritage and ancestry, that my avatar is an accurate depiction of myself. the rules never said it couldnt be a drawn picture, right?
Bwhahahaha
I was feeling kinda down again but I had to come back so I could get a laugh.
To cheer me up.
Bwhahaah
Your style is very confusing you got a mustache and a geri curl or amish hair
LMAO....thanx man, i've been working on bringing up my bandanna but nothing seems to work. At one point i was so desperate that i turned to cell tech...nope that didn't work either.
but yeah man i know my chest is my worst body part. Im about to start focusing on that and my arms and also trying to figure out a way to atrophy my glutes

Hard work and you can do it for sure. But let me add. That my back is naturally big. I'm just lucky to have that size cuz honestly i could use a little more focus and really get it going. Just go with stride bra and train hard, but don't overtrain.
