I want to gain 10 lbs of muscle, while losing 10 lbs of fat
Goal (Long):
I want to lose body fat and gain muscle, bottom line. Currently I have skinny legs. I want to pack some muscle on my legs and broaden my shoulders. I don't want to gain any more weight, I just want to transport the fat out and usher the muscle in.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
10%

Hi Stealth, sorry it took so so so so long to respond to you. Been really busy with work. The Holiday season is the busiest for me, then after that is inventory time. so for about 2-3 months im a crazy person.

Hey Thanks...and Yes, I'm making some wuite favorable progress. I am in my knee brace for another week (I hope that's it) but I can already achieve 120 degrees of flexion. Edema (swelling) still exists...and muscle is way wasted...but I'll be back...
Thank you very much for your comments I appreciate it, now days these guys aren't playing so I'm going to bring as much quality to the stage (2007) as I can especially in the quad & hamstring area. Train hard and stay hard-core.
