Overall Goal:  I'm trying to put on mass and bulk up a little before slimming down for the summer.

Fit Status:  Sticking to the Stronglifts 5x5 routine to try to put on some mass. It's an intense 12 week regimen.

How I Started:
I was bored and started to work out with my buddy; I thought I needed a lifstyle change. I also started to see results after a few months, which lead to incresed motivation. Mostly my peers and myself helped get me focused, and after a few months, I was hooked!
Why I Love It:
I love how it is a great stress reliever, and an antidepressant. I love the endorphins, testosterone, and the pump. I love seeing myself change, and challenging myself to go further.
How I Stay Motivated:
looking at other peoples accomplishments and my accomplishments keeps me going. It's always about seeing what is possible, and to test the limits. knowing that i've come this far, and i'm only about to get bigger and stronger. When you reach a plateau, it's only time to start lifting heavier, and adding reps!
BB Accomplishments:
Transforming my body from 5'9 205 pounds(of fat) to 6'3" 195 pounds of muscle(and quadrupling my strength) in a few years! I went from dud to stud.

my training is going good I am good trying this new hardcore program That I am posting on my workout page. It is 5 days on 2 off and cardio I am on day 3 of the first week . I hit chest and back and Biceps so far. its pushing me past my limits . gonna try it for 6 weeks and see the results. How are you this week ?

Nice tight body, dude. Poercing those nipples would help. They would look better on the chest, and they would be way more sensitive. e-mail for pros and cons. I just did mine.
