I was bored and started to work out with my buddy; I thought I needed a lifstyle change. I also started to see results after a few months, which lead to incresed motivation.
Why I Love It:
I love how it is a great stress reliever. I love the endorphins, testosterone, and the pump. It's always about the pump!
How I Stay Motivated:
looking at other peoples accomplishments and my accomplishments. Plus the pump. knowing that i've come this far, and i'm only about to get bigger and stronger. When you reach a plateau, it's only time to start lifting heavier, and adding reps!
BB Accomplishments:
Transforming my body from 5'9 205 pounds(of fat) to 6'4" 180 pounds of muscle(and quadrupling my strength) in a few years! I went from dud to stud..
What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
I take BSN N.O. explode, 1-GH-1, and methyl 1-D. I take a healthy dose of vitamin c aswell

Nice tight body, dude. Poercing those nipples would help. They would look better on the chest, and they would be way more sensitive. e-mail for pros and cons. I just did mine.
Back getting quite muscular, good traps, nice chest and good arms. With those lifting stats already and good diet you can pack on a lot of muscle and definition on that tall frame. Andre
