i am tired of seeing pictures of myself like this... I decided it was time for a change. My goals are to eat healthy, smaller portions, and work out to lose the 28lbs I gained during my junior year of college.

today was a little easier to work out. when i woke up i just put on my sneakers and started as opposed to the procrastination i have been experiencing the past week. i went out for lunch and chose one of the weight watcher meals and only drank water. the past few days i have concentrated...
Well be careful of judging your weight loss because usually the changes can be so gradual you dont even notice it. My face thinned out over time and I didnt even notice it...I was discouraged but I was looking better and didnt even know it. Just keep working it and it will all come together. You already look great so be easy on yourself!
