All my life I have been addicted to playing some form of organized sports, and did not realize the true benefit of being dedicated to weightlifting until about 2 years ago. Since that time, I have been hooked!
Why I Love It:
The overall feeling from lifting, and the positive mental / visual change in myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
seeing all the motivated people here on BB.com / and the great progress that can be made with the right effort, reading muscleandfitness, friends that have similar goals....
Yea, I use to think I was training my abs, but not really. I now train them 3 times a week, doing 3 different exercises(lower, upper, obliques) 3 sets each, for a total of 9 sets.

Things are going well . i am eager to have my new order of supplements arrive, now that i got paid go get some healthy food and I am eager to get my plan from my new trainer .... i am happy that the initial research and development phase is almost over and I get dive into the bodybuilding lifestyle alot more intensely .
