One week into training. Weight has dropped by 2kg. Waist has dropped by about 8cm. Hips dropped by 2cm. Things are moving and it isn't a ricochet...

Another good week. 1kg down. Almost 11 cm off my waist all up. Another 2cm off the hips. We're getting there - slowly...

3 weeks in and things are moving. My weight is down,my hips are smaller and I am feeling like this was exactly the right time to start this - my final weight-loss journey.
