This was taken a month prior to starting my program. Over 100kg and feeling every single inch. It's embarrassing to have this photo in public
Down another 1.3kg. Didn't lose quite as much as I wanted to lose but almost. Have to work harder this week

My goal is to lose 90 pounds (approx 40kgs) of fat within one year and see the body that I know is in there!
Goal (Long):
The first time that I saw a body that I aspired to, I was 15 years old and I saw Lenda Murray in a muscle magazine. I told my mum that I wanted to look like her and she was appalled. I have been studying bodybuilding since that time but have never had the discipline to achieve a fit and healthy look. I don't want to be flabby anymore - I want to have my muscles be obvious when I wear a tank top. I want to look as strong as I feel. I know that I can do this because I have done it before so I can do it again!

I fell off the wagon big time!!! Today is the first day of eating really really well that I have done since September 9th!  When I fall, I fall BIG TIME...

I don't know quite what happened.  If I don't stay completely on the straight and narrow during the process then I stray fairly...

I hear ya! Definitely trust that progress is being made, and your body is humming right along.. processing all of the work you've been putting in. Your muscles are making all the necessary adjustments. There may be times like last week where gains (or losses) won't be as apparent on the scale, but they're still happening just the same. Stay encouraged and keep up the good work! You progress pics are looking good :)

That's very true! I still need to post some progress pics...although i really don't have too many. And i'm kinda embrassed by them as well, but at least i'll be able to look and see the positive improvements :)
