 Finding what really motivates us I think can make a big determination of wether we will be successful in our BB endevours! I often used to look in the mirror and ask myself why I decided to partake in this sport. Making sure one is doing it for the right reasons and has the propper support of family and friends should be taken into consideration. This is for everyone who has decided to enter this sport. This is just a glimpse of what I have been considering and wanting to launch with a few of you in here who would be willing to invest in some of their time, knowledge and experience. Just Like the Thread Title says,..In short this would be a retreat lasting 1 week at a prefferred location,..i.e. Convention Center where a selected group of instructors who are educated, experienced and may have transformed themselves into a better physical person. The days would be filled with educating and training. Food would be catered each day and Diet plans will be individually set up for each attending cli...

Why Not?  Well Gang,..I entered a new stage in my bodybuilding walk.  After wining the Masters Pro Card in October,..I am now in a new rank of competitors,..And these guys are big.  Big competition means I need to make Big Changes in my training!   With this said,..I have adopted Eric Brosers P/RR/S training split.  PRRS can be searched here on BB.com.  I encourage all to check it out!

ejthomp Thanks for asking! Apparently I'm doing better than you. Sorry to hear about all of your injuries. In comparison, all I've got are excuses. My running is going well, but I'm really struggling to keep my diet in check to lose body fat while training for a marathon. It seems like my hunger cravings are unbearable when I run a lot.
