Reason: Ava is gorgeous, feminine, and muscular. Definitely an image of exactly what I want to be someday! She is also 5'4" (I am too) and I dont see many fitness models her height. Also she has hypothyroidism, and lets face it, if she can keep her physique then I can get mine looking like hers!

Reason: She has totally transformed her body! Its obvious she puts in the dedication needed to look how she looks. Looking through her progress pictures keeps me motivated even on the days I dodnt feel well

Reason: I am on his Pyschotic Fat Destruction plan. Its great! Two weeks and my waist has trimmed out and my arms are showing progress. Steve has definitely made a big difference in other peoples lives and bodies. He also has totally taken his body to places most never go!
