I want to drop bodyfat and get myself into shape for a figure competition in March.
Goal (Long):
First and foremost: my abs. I'm happy with my legs (REALLY happy), but my abs always seem to be lacking. I would love to not always be "sucking it in". I also want to gain more upper body strength, especially in my bi's and tri's. I would also love for my back to be even more defined.
