I always was involed in sports from a young age through high school.
Started in the gym in the 90's and started competing 4 years ago.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel great and look good!
How I Stay Motivated:
Just knowing I have to be prepared for photo shoots at any time of the year. And by just simply looking in the mirror. I want to please myself most importantly.

2006-USBF NEW ENGLAND NATURAL OVERALL FIGURE
2007-NPC NATURAL OCEAN STATE FIGURE CLASS B 1ST PLACE
2008-FAP FIGURE UNIVERSE MIAMI SHORT CLASS 3RD PLACE

Goal (Long):
I want to add a little more muscle to my frame, stay lean and compete in NPC & FAP Figure 2009.
I want to continue Fitness & Swimwear Modeling, and I would love to get a cover on a magazine!!!! But tearsheets will do :-)

I want to LOSE 6 lb
